A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 25years experience in national and international people management and now an independent HR professional, Andrew knows why and how mentoring can make a difference to the working lives of professionals and companies and believes mentoring should be people-first, with technology supporting how it can best be done.
He is married and loves a good dog walk with his ‘Spaniel trapped inside a Lab’s body’ called Dougal.
Andrew is responsible for Business development and growth, all things people-related, content and marketing, and programme operations.
An IT professional and owner of his own Digital business, David worked with Andrew previously as they launched a global, virtual mentor programme for a professional membership body.
He recognises that people and technology can work together to build back better as we all seek influence on the changing workplace of the future.
Married, with a young son and daughter, he would love to be a Masterchef contestant of the future.
David is responsible for all things Technology, programme design, and reporting.
In many ways how we collaborated as a people professional with an IT professional to create XSectorMentor, represents what XSectorMentor does best, in providing a blend of human-friendly technology designed to develop and challenge people to make things better than before.
Our extensive network of resource and support is provided by experts in design and experience, research, data analysis and management, marketing and communications, operational management, mentoring and coaching practice.
We are delighted to work with the following partners, who share our values and aspirations:
Rewards Training; an ILM approved centre, provide all our accredited courses live and virtual.
Our compatibility profiles are powered by eTalent psychometric assessments.
ODDesign, a design studio that uniquely responds to the needs of our clients, and their customers.
We started with a concept of how mentoring could solve business issues and pain points. Through working with several companies, we designed, tested and created the XSectorMentor programme.
What could benefit you and your company most? Professional coaches or mentors who are professionals?
We offer an alternative for SMEs, Not-for-Profit, Public and Third sector organisations as well as larger organisations with specific needs.
Mentoring doesn't need to be time-consuming, costly, or D-I-Y anymore, and can engage and develop people at all levels and regardless of their background.
We connect companies who want to create social wealth in a fairer and healthier society in a world that wants to address higher purpose objectives like climate change, democratisation, education & learning, diversity & inclusion, and Ethical behaviour & leadership.
Making Mentors, Inspiring People, Connecting Companies.
We are proud sponsors of a Kennel with Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home for 2023.
